I don’t cut corners and I won’t expect you to do the same. Bishop Adesina to Bankers

The Bishop of Ijebu-Ode Diocese, Most Rev. Francis Obafemi Adesina has made it known to Bankers who handle diocesan accounts that he doesn’t cut corners and he would expect them not to cut corners for him or for anybody working in the Diocese. He made this known during an interactive session with the bankers on June 6, 2019 at JDPC compound.

The meeting was geared at making a formal introduction of the new Bishop to the bankers. This introduction was done by the Finance administrator of the Diocese, Sir Augustine Odukoya. After the introduction was done, the bankers were reminded of the basic things the Diocese expects from them as they handle the accounts of parishes and the Diocese at large. The Bishop charged them to be committed in their work and not relent in giving their best always.

The bankers present at the meeting spoke at length also on what the Diocese should do in order to ensure a smooth running of the relationship between them. They were appreciative of the kind gesture of meeting with the new Bishop.
