“ACCELERATE THE GROWTH OF THE COMMISSION”… BISHOP ADESINA TELLS PATRONS AND PATRONESSES OF THE SOCIAL COMMUINICATIONS COMMISSION

At the inaugural Diocesan Communications Summit that was held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church Ejinrin Road, Ijebu-Ode, on 28th May 2022, the Bishop inaugurates the patrons and patronesses of the Social Communications Commission. This is good news for all the members of the commission as the commission takes another giant step forward.
They include Olori Chief Mrs. Veronica Banjo, Hon. Mrs. Elizabeth Sonubi, Hon. Mrs. Bukky Adesanya ably represented by Mrs. Francisca Adebukanla, Mr. Michael Igbodipe and Dr. Cornelius Onanuga
The Patrons and Patronesses of the Communications Commission are people who, due to their support to the Communications Commission, public achievements, exemplification of outstanding leadership, and reputation in society, can help the lifelong growth assurance of the commission in order to achieve its mission by enhancing our reachability, and by modeling different nuances to achieving it.
At the program, the Bishop prayed for all those chosen and installed them before the cheering crowd. He went further to encourage the newly installed patrons and patronesses to work with the Director to see that our pastoral goals are met, reiterating the importance of the commission to all aspects of our well-being as a Diocese.
The Bishop blessed some communication gadgets like new lenses, new lighting system, tripods, and a new Mavic Pro drone camera.
In reponse to this honour, the Patrons and Patronesses agreed that the project of the studio has become uppermost in their heart and it shall be achieved in no distance time by God’s grace.
