The Youths of the Catholic Diocese of Ijebu Ode gathered at the prestigious Christ the King Catholic College (CKCC), Odolewu, for their Diocesan Convention.

The theme, “Those who hope in the Lord will run and not be weary” (Isaiah 40:31), served as a powerful reminder of God’s unwavering presence in our lives.

The sub-theme, “Digital Discipleship: Empowering Youths to Share Faith and Hope through Technology,” highlighted the importance of harnessing technology to spread the Gospel and promote Christian values.

The Convention was a resounding success, featuring an array of engaging activities, including:

• Leadership Seminar: Equipping youths with essential leadership skills. Delivered by Rev. Fr. Daniel Ogunsanya
• Movie Night: Inspiring faith-based films and discussions
• Team Talk: Fostering unity and teamwork
• Dinner Night: Joyful fellowship and bonding
• Coconut Oil Training: Practical skill acquisition
• And many more exciting events!
